There is no need to remodel or even repaint the house because investors aren’t interested in those details.

If an investor is going to buy your property he or she will get you out of your jam with the lender and then worry about the paint or the cracks in the sidewalk. Investors buy properties as fixer uppers. Some of them resell the properties to other investors or they fix them up themselves and rent them out for a few years. Their motivation for buying your house is not the same as the real estate agents attempts to sell your house to a future homeowner.
